Henner Gibbons-Neff was born and raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore and has grown up sailing, fishing, and boating all the Tributaries and the Atlantic Ocean. His father was an Agent and Broker for 30 years and real estate is in his blood. He is a farm owner, investment property owner, has built multiple houses, and has been involved in conservation work and land development, so he understands the ins and outs of real estate ownership.

A native of Talbot County, Henner graduated from Easton High School and the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. He currently lives in Easton with his wife and 3 children enjoying their spare time on the farm and water as much as possible.
