Copyright & Fair Use:
Realable is built to help consumers and professionals in the real estate industry innovate on top of home listings. Remixing content together to have fun, play and make new types of content.
Some new innovations we're bringing to the industry are video homes tours, talking homes, instant offers, listing enhancements and many more as we continue to innovate. Our goal is to create new social tools to play with real estate and have fun.
"Remixing Real Estate"
Similar to a musician remixing a song, we're doing the same with home listings.
Copyright Act 1976
Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
No copyright infringement intended.
